We believe that our environmental, social, and governance policy should be an integral part of how we do business in a way that focuses on environmental stewardship, workplace safety and inclusivity, and integrity in our business conduct.

Environmental

Split Rock is committed to environmental stewardship by choosing to prioritize working with operators that put health, safety, and the environment in the forefront of all their operations. Our top three operators, that account for over 85% of our wells, are leaders when it comes to reducing emissions, reducing tank sites, using solar power in the field, focusing on exceeding air quality standards, and moving towards net-zero emissions.

Social

Split Rock puts a significant focus on our culture of inclusivity, volunteerism, and seeking the best talent while embracing diverse backgrounds. We look to create a work environment that respects and values each employee. We also acknowledge the obligations we have to the communities in which we live and operate and realize the value of giving back to our communities. 

Governance

Split Rock promotes good practices that are consistently sound, highly principled, and transparent. We seek to maintain the alignment of interest between our partners, our employees, and other stakeholders through regular communication and transparency. We follow a significant compliance program with quarterly reporting expectations as well as annual audited financial statements.
